    How to create a live or typing title which comes when someone will open the blog and the live typing title will occur.

    Hi there,

    Something like that requires JavaScript code to work, and has to be built into your theme itself. We don’t have any themes on WordPress.com that has a feature like that.

    To use a third party theme with that feature, or to make your own modifications to an existing theme to add such a feature, is possible on our Business Plan, but we’re not able to help you make this type of change.
