Release domain name

  Hi! I was recently refunded my payment to you guys. I waited the five days that my domain was held for. Can you release it now? Thank you ;-)

  Hi there,

  I’m afraid you were given incorrect information. If you cancel a domain within the first 5 days of registration, it is released in a few days. But you cancelled your domain on day 10, and it won’t be released until it expires a year from now.

  At this point I can still restore the domain for you, and then you can map it somewhere else, and transfer it away after 60 days. Let me know if you want me to do this.
