  When you cancel a domain it’s hard to say when and if it will be released – https://wordpress.com/support/domains/cancel-refund-a-domain/#what-happens-when-i-cancel-my-domain

  You’ll have to wait untill a Staff member is available.

  Since you canceled the domain within the refund period, it will be available for anyone to register within a week from its cancellation date. Note that when the domain becomes available again, anyone can register it. So there’s no guarantee that you’ll be the first one to register it.
