Releasing a deleted WordPress URL

Hello!
Is there a way to request the release of a WordPress URL for a deleted website?
I am considering starting up a website, and was hoping to use a free domain name, specifically kmartinator.wordpress.com; however, it seems that one is not available, and navigating to the site simply displays that the site has been deleted.
There is also a chance that I made the site at some point in the past, with an old email account, and deleted it, but I don’t remember for sure (it would have been at least 8 years ago).
Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
Only the original owner of a deleted URL can request that it be restored, and only for 30 days after deletion. After those 30 days no one can use the address again – not even the original owner – so there is no way you will be able to use that particular address.
