Releasing of the website

  We need to use the domain at a different host as services are paid for at wix.com. There was a bit of confusion and the request was granted by wordpress to delete innerbuildinginc.org and innerbuildinginc.com. Now we need to have it released (to wix.com). We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please do not list any addresses associated with the company as it is not funded and only a personal address is listed with the IRS.

  Hi there,

  From what I can see you canceled innerbuildinginc.org and innerbuildinginc.com and a these domains were removed from your account on 5/04.

  Please note that when domains are deleted in this way, they are returned to the registry and placed in a “redemption period” where they do not become available to the public again for some time, typically 60 days from the date they were deleted.   Because we are no longer in control of your domains (they have been returned to the registry) we are not able to release them for you.

  Can you clarify? Based on your account activity this is the first support request you have created, so it does not appear that you spoke to staff prior to deleting these domains. It is our policy to NOT recommend domain deletion unless you are sure you will not need the domains again.

  The good news is that we may be able to recover your domains, but there will be a late redemption fee ($80 per domain) to do so.

  I am happy to prepare an invoice for this, and once we have received payment we can attempt to restore the domains to your account. Do you wish to recover both the .org and .com domains? Or do you wish to recover only one, and if so which one?
