Remainder of annual account

  I’ve cancelled my business account which was set to auto renew on May 22….but doesn’t that mean I still have access to my account –and it should still be active–until that date?
  I didn’t get a refund so I would assume that I’d have three weeks left on the account….

  Did you cancel the upgrade or cancel the auto renewal? If you canceled the upgrade itself, the system would assume that you wanted to completely cancel it. If you were looking to cancel the auto renewal and not use the site past May 22, then these would be the instructions you would have needed:

  Manage Your Purchases

  Would you like to have the Business plan reinstated for the last ~3 weeks of your original purchase?

  Ahhh, I see what happened. The auto-renewal date was April 22 (renewals are run 30 days in advance) and you canceled it and received a refund, but then the site was canceled completely.
