Remap existing domain

We had a custom domain (thedailymint.com) bought and configured for our blog (thedailymintdotcom.wordpress.com). We then transferred the domain to godaddy and deleted our blog from wordpress. Now, we have a new blog in wordpress.com, and want to map our existing domain for the same. It says “The domain name you entered is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog”. Also, we would like use our premium subscription which was configured to our old deleted blog “thedailymintdotcom.wordpress.com”. Please suggest
