    Bonjour j’ai demander le remboursement de on prélèvement de renouvellement d’abonnement d’un montant de 48 euros, seulement on me rembourse que 33 euros car le nom de domaine de 15 euros est garder mais j’ai annulé mon nom de domaine également qui devais être renouveler en août… Pourquoi me rend on pas mes 15 euros ?

    Refunds for domain renewals are not processed automatically. That is why our support page on refunds say to contact support if you want a refund on a renewal payment, instead of cancelling yourself.

    I have refunded the domain-portion of your plan as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
