  Hello, there is a wordpress account that was created a long time ago with all of my information and i would like it to be taken down.

  Wordpress.com never takes down accounts on demand. Only the owner is able to take down his own account(s). If you no longer have access to that account, just follow instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
