Remove 2nd menu line on Periodical theme

  I would like to get rid of the 2nd white band on my site “thoughtleadership.rockwellcollins.com” and move the logo from that 2nd line up to the first line. Also, if you look at the mobile version, the menus are not showing up. I’m sure this is related to the CSS I’ve added trying to get to only one menu. Can you help?

  OK – I figured out how to get rid of the 2nd line, but is there a way to add a logo to the top line?
