remove an existing webpage on wordpress.com

Hi, had a request from a client, request to remove an existing web site hosted on wordpress.com, but she doesn’t have the login credential apart from the domain, https://holterzdotcom.wordpress.com; reason being the owner (her husband) had passed away.

wordpress.com does have a procedure if the owner had deceased, https://wordpress.com/support/deceased-user/
