Remove ‘author:’ from site pages…

  Hi, someone please help I just want to remove the words ‘author:’ which is showing at the top of my blog…I have made it so the post has no author selected, but these words are still showing at the top of the blog, no matter which blog template I switch to.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I’ve looked at your site at bisonlife.wordpress.com using Libre 2 but don’t see the word “author” anywhere on that site.

  Were you able to resolve this? If not, can you please take a screenshot of where you see this and then upload it to a site like snag.gy and share the link with us so we can help you troubleshoot this. Thanks

  Oh my goodness, thank you so much for looking into this for me! It has been driving me crazy! I am embarrassed to say, but, the “author: bisonlife” I think only shows up when I’m logged in as a site owner…it does not show it from my mobile phone and in turn, that’s when I discovered it must be just that I am logged in on my computer and am not testing everything looking from only a reader perspective.
