remove author header

Hi, I’m trying to remove the “Author: Duff” that appears above my blog posts. I do not see this when I view my site through wordpress.com when I am logged in, but it looks like this when I access the site after googling it. Help!!

The Tonal theme you’re using on your blog displays the author at the bottom of individual blog posts like this one:
http://thepragmaticpathologist.com/2015/04/27/you-say-potato-i-say-po-tah-toe/
You will also see a header that says “Author: Duff” on the author archives page:
http://thepragmaticpathologist.com/author/duffs007/
Those are built in to your theme’s design. You can customize your theme’s design, for example to remove the author on those pages, using Custom CSS (part of your WordPress.com Premium upgrade). We have tips for getting started with CSS here:
