Remove blog that no longer exists

  Hi!
  If i log in to wordpress.com and go to Manage Blog then I see 3 blogs as follows
  Blog Name (Address)
  Tan************osa (http://www.*********son.se/wordpress)
  **********son *********** (http://www.*********son.se)
  Tan************osa (http://tan**********osa.se)

  I want to remove the two begining with ‘Tan’ but I’m unable to do so as no delete-link or bin-icon is present.

  How do I remove these two blogs. I’m not able to login into them as the files and code is gone and deleted.

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
