Remove Domain Mapping, please

  Hi there,

  I cancelled my business account last Thursday. And I also asked you to release my domain cocomin.de, that I can use it for my own purposes.

  But it seems like something went wrong.
  I’m waiting for more than 72 hrs now. The only thing what happened is that my business account is cancelled. But my domain cocomin.de is still mapped to your server.
  Whois.com is also displaying your name servers with the domain cocomin.de

  Please check the settings and remove the domain mapping .

  Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve reviewed the account. Domain mapping for cocomin.de was cancelled on 2019-06-06.

  The domain name servers need to be updated in order to point that domain to another platform or provider. Right now, those name servers are still pointed to us.

  Nserver: ns1.wordpress.com
  Nserver: ns2.wordpress.com
  Nserver: ns3.wordpress.com

  Contact your domain provider and ask them to update the name servers to your new desired location. Once they make those changes it will typically take effect with in a few hours. There are scenarios though, where it can take up to 72 hours. They will have more details about that process for you.
