Remove file from site

  Hello, I am trying to remove a pdf file from my site permanently. I have already deleted it from my media library but it still shows up when accessed through a direct link here: https://oxfordradicalforum.files.wordpress.com/2015/02/orf2015_full_programme1.pdf

  Can you please help me to remove it?

  I get a 404 error, so it has been deleted.
