remove my vaultpress subscription

  Hello,

  i am continuing to be charged monthly for my vaultpress account.

  I went into ‘manage purchases’ as described in help to look for the removal button, but all I see is a ‘looking to upgrade?’ banner, and no way to cancel this. If I go into the billing history tab, it does show all the monthly payments, so clearly my account is still active.

  Please help me cancel my subscription. Thank you.
