Remove myself as the owner of a site

    I am currently the owner and admin of tomasellowinery.wordpress.com. I created this site for my company with my personal account before I had a business account(not smart I know). I would like to no longer be the admin but give the other person who writes on the site full control and remove myself entirely. I am not sure how.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
