Remove name and email from contact forms.

When I make a contact form my name and email address appears in the boxes when I publish. How do I remove my own name and email from the forms?

That’s actually just filled in automatically for you since you are logged in to WordPress.com.
This happens for any logged in user on any contact form here.
So, if I visited your contact form, I would see me information filled in. Likewise, if you visited my contact form, you would see your information filled in.
