Remove person from receiving emails regarding comments

  A reader sent me the following email:

  When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each
  time a comment is added I get several emails with
  the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

  Can you help because I don’t know how to remove her from that service?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There should be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
