Remove personal information

  My personal information is currently on someone’s word press blog. I have tried to contact them to get it removed and they have not done so yet. When you search my name online this page comes up, and I need this information removed as soon as possible. I tried to get the site removed through google, but google said I have to contact the person that created it. The only way for me to contact wordpress was for me to create a website. If there is a way for someone to contact me personally about this situation that would be great.
