Remove store address from checkout

  I am a courier, am using woo with wordpress, the store address is automatically placed as dispatch address as a courier, I need the customers address to show instead of the store address as we collect from customer location as this intergrates with shipday for courier dispatch and this is receiving the store address as pick up location which is not useable.
