Remove the Date from the URL

  Please tell me there is someway to remove the date from the URL. I dont want to see this in the URL for any posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not configurable at WordPress.com. All blog posts will have dates in the URL.

  So what are my options? How can I have a URL without a date in it?

  You can make static pages, in which case search engines will virtually ignore you, or you can leave WordPress.com entirely.
