Remove VAT

    I want to upgrade the account but found myself in an endless loop with AI assistant. I had an account with a website that isn’t valid anymore as the company and its VAT are not active anymore.
    Now, I’m trying to build a new site as a private person, but unable to proceed as the old VAT is written and VAT box ticked off, and it’s disabled to change anything.
    When asked chat, I was told I need human support but it’s not available to me since I’m a free user. But how to become a paid user if I’m prevented from purchasing upgrade?
