Remove ‘Welcome. Here is a free text’ bar

    Hello there,

    I am facing an issue on my WordPress website where the ‘Welcome. Here is a free text’ bar appears on every page on my website. I have a premium theme which I downloaded from Envato elements and I did the installation but on top I see the above bar which I can not edit or remove. I would really appreciate if you can help me sort this out.
