Removed account upgrade and deleted domain name. Can I recover it?

  I deleted my domain name when removing my account upgrade. I didn’t realize it would be made completely unavailable. When attempting to reregister the domain I see this message: ‘This domain expired recently. To get it back please contact support.’

  Can I get it back?

  To get help from Staff, be sure you are logged in with the account you removed the accountupgrade from. Nect tag it with modlook to get attention from Staff.

  I’ve looked at this support page but I’m not sure if it answers my question. I was refunded for the domain so did I “cancel” it or did I refund it?

  I added modlook to get Staff attention as well.

  Also, if important, I refunded my account upgrade within 48 hours

  You canceled that domain and received a full refund. That domain will be released in approximately a week and then you’ll be able to register it again.
