Removing a blog I'm no longer a part of
-
I am adding a new blog devoted to ONLY my artwork. Eventually this will be added to my wellwhoknew administrative side. My question is: Will these two blogs look related (to the public)? I want to keep them SEPERATE – as my first blog is about politics, self growth, blah blah —> and I want my Artwork blog to be totally professional and separate, and will be doing SEO , etc.
There is a way that I can simply keep them so they don’t ‘relate’ to one another in public, right? (*not* show that they are from the same author)?
I will be putting my name/brand on my new blog, but not on my old one. I don’t have my name on my first blog.
Basically wondering if I can keep these two separate in the public eye, but still have them both in the same admin for me … SOrry for the lengthy question i don’t quite know how to ask. Not the tech savviest, but not the worst. Thanks for any feedback.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
My question is: Will these two blogs look related (to the public)?
Unless you create the second site in a different account, then the two sites will be associated with the same username, Gravatar, and posts by you will appear under the same author name or display name on each of the two sites.

Not all themes show the author on single posts or the posts page. If the theme that you’re using does, then you might be able to hide the author from posts with CSS customization. However, I believe in either case the author archives page would still include the author in its URL.
As noted in your related topic of the same title, you may leave the first blog. See the Leave a Blog section of the My Blogs support page for instructions.
