Removing a follower and adding them back

  I want to remove and re-add a follower because they aren’t receiving the notifications of a new post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot remove any followers from any public blog. I will tag this thread for Staff help. What is the WordPress.COM username or the email address of the person who is not receiving updates please? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you post it subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  As timethief mentioned, it isn’t possible for a blog owner to remove followers — only your follower can manage their subscription.

  Can you please let me know the follower’s username or email address? I can then investigate that for you. Alternately, your follower is welcome to contact us directly for more help!
