removing a photograph

  There is a photo I didn’t add to my blog and I keep trying to remove it or substitute my own image, but I can’t. I can add but the original won’t go away and won’t even get smaller. I can’t find where to control this. Even when I think I am in its edit mode, nothing changes. What to do? Thank you.

  I hope this shows as the pic of the ocean with sun in distance. I should be with a features section because it doesn’t seem to let me do anything with it from the titles/static page section.

  Hello, it is still there! That’s what I go through—I think I have removed it or substituted it with a different photo and then it is still the ocean. I can’t find it on Internet Explorer, but I see it on Chrome logged in or out. What to do?
