Removing Administrator From Site

  An administrator on my account has asked to be removed. When I follow all the steps to delete – WordPress says I cannot change or delete the status of this user? Have been unable to find any way to contact WordPress for help. Any suggestions?

  Hi there,

  What is the username of the admin, and from which site are you trying to remove it?

  Note that if this admin is the person who originally created the site, we see them as the owner and they cannot be removed. In that case they need to transfer ownership of the site to another admin instead:
