  I’d like to remove the archives and meta from this page: http://www.shpep.org/virtual-experience-faq/

  I’d like to incorporate the side bar located on this page: http://www.shpep.org/apply-to-shpep/admission-process/

  How would I complete this action?

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
