Removing balloons from Balloons layout when using Cpanel

  I’m having a problem with my self-hosted wordpress layout (balloons). http://moargh.de/portfolio/downloads/wp-theme-balloons/
  I’ve been able to install the layout fine but when it comes to editing the CSS I can’t seem to locate the place where I need to edit in order to ensure the balloons are removed. I’ve got the code to remove the balloons but I have no idea how to when using the file directory on Cpanel.

  No kidding. If you have a Cpanel, you are talking about a WordPress.ORG blog, and must seek help from their forums or the theme designer. We cannot help you here.
