  I am 72 and your explanation is too long and too​ tedious for me to get through. Can you simply remove my blog post, of which I have used for years and refund my money today? Thank you so much.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
