'removing domain name'

ive been trying to get a full refund on my plan and domain name. In a state of panic I’ve ‘removed the domain name’ but I’m not sure whether that means I will not be able to get a refund now or not. Could someone help?

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
