Removing image from blog name

  On the top left side of my blog pages appears the name of my blog “TheRansomDiscourse” right next to it on the left a small picture appears that I have no idea how it got there. How can I have that small picture or image removed?

  This is called a ‘Blavatar’. Please follow the instruction in this guide on how to change this icon.

  Thank you. I had done that before but had not refreshed the page. Now its off
