Removing Jetpack premium licence from old hosting company

I have a site which I need Jetpack (free) installed just to use WooCommerce mobile App, but there seems to be a lingering reference to previous Jetpack premium licence from previous hosting company that keeps telling me has been revoked, but is constantly throwing up an error. Where can I get rid of this reference?
