Removing meta list

    I need help to remove the Meta and list on the right. It seems to be active when I e-mail it to myself.

    If you have not yet put any widgets into the sidebar, then what you are seeing is a default sample display of widgets. Go to appearance > widgets and add in whichever widgets you want and the sample set will go away.

    If you do not want any widgets in the sidebar, then put a single, blank text widget into the sidebar.
