If you deleted it, you cannot get it back, ever. That is made clear in the warnings when you go to delete it.

At this time you can’t delete self hosted sites from your account but Staff can. In the future you will be able to delete them yourself. Provided you post the URLs of self hosted blogs you want deleted from your account into a forum thread like this one, Staff can do this for you. This thread is tagged for their assistance with the removal. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
The deleted blog .wordpress.com URL will not become available again. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

Hi there,
I removed the three blogs you mentioned from your account, so those are taken care of.
The blog mozainuddin.wordpress.com was deleted in 2012. As timethief mentioned, once a blog is deleted that address is not available for you or anyone else to use in the future: Recycling Blog Addresses (URLs)
However, you can choose a new address and sign up for a new blog here:
