  How do I go about updating domain settings so we can replace the website with a non WordPress site.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or domains on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please contact your domain or hosting provider directly for help with this.
