Removing site from MY BLOG page

  Hi – I wish to remove a blog from the My Blogs page. The issue is the same as the one listed below, which support were able to resolve :)

  i.e. Jetpack association is still there but the blog’s Jetpack Plugin is not able to register once I deactivated it on the self hosted site while debugging an error. Support, please could you remove the association for http://www.myakkamotorcoachresort.com as you did with the others so I can re-associate it?
