Removing the "Ask for donations" bar on Manage Blog page

  How do I remove that asking for donations bar at the top of the Manage Blog page with the big red X button? I click the X button, and it won’t go away, and this thing is preventing me from managing my blogs. Any way to get rid of this annoying thing? Even when I click on the link for donations, it won’t work. Really annoying, and it’s preventing me from getting into the blog management page to modify it. Thanks…
