    Hello.
    I have taken over the responsibility for a website for a resort, it says that I must renew since 15 July. I don’t get paid or anything. When I press renew now, it just appears that ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew’. Is there anyone who can explain to me how to get this done.

    What is the URL of the site in question?

    If you’re speaking of http://havna.wordpress.com, you are an admin on that site, but you don’t own the site itself or the upgrades connected to it.

    The site itself belongs to the account with the username, havna, and the domain mapping upgrade that’s due for renewal belongs to the account, maylisruus

    So the person who owns the maylisruus account will need to log in to renew this upgrade, or otherwise contact us to request that we move the upgrade over to your account instead. For the second option they can comment directly on this thread, and we’ll take care of it.
