    I am trying to locate where I would go and renew my domain. I don’t want to keep a credit card on file, but do want to renew. Please let me know where I need to go. All of the options I saw were to upgrade and I don’t wish to do so at this time. Thank you.

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

    Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the person who originally set this up is no longer with our organization. I definitely want to renew this domain. What other information can I provide that will allow me to be the account owner going forward? Thank you.

    What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account to see if the original creator of the upgrade responds and would be willing to agree to a transfer. If they are, I’ll go ahead and move the upgrade over to your account so that you can renew.

    The current owner of the domain did reply and agreed to transfer the domain over to you. =)

    I sent them over the instructions on how to make the transfer. Please let me know within the next few days if you receive the domain from them. Thanks!

    The current owner let me know that they have tried to remember their password and verification code, but couldn’t remember it. So they reset the password and now it is still asking for a verification code, but they don’t know what phone number was used when it was first set up. What can we do about getting around that by chance? We are really close to getting this resolved. Thank you for your help.

    I sent the phone number and verification code to their email. They should be able to gain access to everything they need now.
