Yes Mac that’s exactly what I’ve done it stated pending changes but I haven’t received an email yet to confirm it I am going to cancel and change the email again since the credit card is on file ending 4714 is on file why can’t you use that

We don’t have direct access to your credit card records for security reasons. We need to send a payment request through PayPal.
Regarding the confirmation email, also check your email’s spam folder.

No, we cannot use the credit card on record as we have no ability to charge it without you making a purchase.

I suppose you could purchase a Value Bundle for $99 from the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard, then I can cancel it and refund $1.

Mac when I go under settings general the email is the active AnthonyCreations@aol
But under users personal settings it will not confirm it
