Renew custom design button is not working to make payment

I do not get the box to click ‘renew’ for my custom design even though it expires today. Please kindly advise how I can do so

You need to be signed in as the exact user who bought the upgrade in the first place. If you are not, and they have left the blog, come back to this thread, say so, and put the word Modlook in the Tags box on the right. Then staff will sort it out.

Hi there,
The person who set up the blog is the owner of the blog and the Custom Design upgrade. That person is still a user on the blog (since they own it), so only that person can manage and renew the upgrade.
That person can transfer the blog and upgrades to another user if they’d like. They can reply here to confirm that request or contact us directly about it. They can also transfer just the upgrade to another user (without transferring ownership of the blog) if they want someone else to renew it.
I’ve added an extra week to the Custom Design upgrade, to give you some time to sort that out. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)
