Renew domain

It is impossible to renew the domain. When you open the purchase page, the screen saver appears tariff plans. Why I can not renew a domain?

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

Is there any way that you can contact that user and ask him/her to either post here or email us at help@wordpress.com and request to have the domain transferred to your user account?
It is a security issue and we cannot transfer something like a domain to another user without permission of the owner.

it turned out that the user gaponov were blocked apparently due to the fact that he had not visited domain. His account is not working, he even, at my request, was not able to enter into it. I paid the new rates took a new domain dikoe-pole.com and as I understand it, the old domain dikoepole.com will continue to exist in the old mode, because I am one of the administrators.
