  Hello, I’ve updated my credit card information and am trying to renew my domain. Can you please assist?

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades.

  You had a domain mapping upgrade which expired on 1 March. That upgrade has since been removed from your account, so cannot be renewed. Instead, you’ll need to add a new domain mapping via My Site ->Domains.

  Your domain registration is not with us. You need to contact the domain provider where you registered the domain for help in renewing the domain itself.
