Renew domain

Hello! I’m trying to renew my domain that I think is in the redemption period. The thing is, there is nothing stored under ‘Purchases,’ so I have no clue how to renew it. How do I renew my domain?
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

I’m not seeing any domains registered on this account which explains why you don’t see anything under your list of Purchases. You would have owned the domain with a different WordPress.com account. Can you tell us what the domain is so that we can look that up on our end?

Thanks! The domain grabfoundation.org is on a different WordPress.com account, so you’ll need to contact us from the correct account that you used to register the domain. Please log out of

We’ve also sent an email to the email address we have on the correct account. Make sure to check all of your email accounts and follow the instructions on our email to redeem the domain.

Thank you! By any chance, could you say what email is linked to that account? I really thought this was the account connected to grabfoundation.org and I can’t remember that I had two log-ins. Grabfoundation is linked as a blog to this account.

If you can’t locate the email on all of your known email accounts, please use the account recovery method instead.
1. Locate the transaction ID of any previous payments to WordPress.com (like on your credit card statement).
2. Send that to us using the account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form (Do not post the transaction ID on this forum.
3. Wait for us to get back to you via email.With the transaction ID, we can prove your account ownership and reveal (and change) the email address on the correct account for you. This can’t be done in the forums so please locate the transaction ID and send that to us using the account recovery form.

Hi again! So I have finally found a transaction ID, I have been trying to recover my account, but it says that my website does not exist. I also think I know the log in now to my website, but if that is the right one it says that my account is closed. I can not use the recovery form because it says that my website does not exist.

I am literally having this EXACT issue. Only, there seems to be confusion on the account that is associated with my login. I received an email from WordPress saying my domain was getting ready to expire. I used the SAME email address that WordPress used to email me about my account. However WordPress is saying that the account doesn’t exist. How is WordPress emailing an account you say does not exist?
