Renew domain and custom design

    Hi, I’m trying to renew my blog / domain / custom design, but when I click on the link in the reminder email, the only option I’m given is ‘Looking to upgrade?’ UPGRADE NOW. I’d just like to renew the existing blog / site, I don’t necessarily want to upgrade. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi htere,

    Your account does not own the custom design upgrade and domain on http://twobecsinapaddock.wordpress.com/

    The site, along with those upgrades, belong to the username, twobecsinapaddock, so you need to be logged in as that username in order to renew the upgrades. Only upgrade owners can manage upgrades on a site.
