  trying to renew the southerntouchtoursinc.com domain and am unable to do this from my admin account.

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  Thank you for the response and for the update you made to my initial post.

  The account owner has been contacted and the domain has been renewed.

  Is it possible to transfer ownership of the site and domain to a different user account? If so, what is the process to do this?

  I can make the transfer for you. I just need confirmation from the current owner. They can post in this thread saying that they wish to transfer the upgrade over to you, and I’ll take care of the rest.
